Digital Goods Policy

FollowCheck provides immediate, irrevocable access to digital analytics and data processing services. Because the service delivers its full value the moment you generate your follower analysis report, we do not offer refunds once you have successfully uploaded your data and used the tool to generate your report.

Note: Purchasing a subscription, generating your report to see your unfollowers, and immediately requesting a refund constitutes an abuse of service. Such requests will be automatically denied.

Technical Failures

We stand completely behind the technical quality of FollowCheck Pro. If you experience a verified technical error or bug that completely prevents the application from generating your analysis report within the first 7 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.

How to Request a Technical Refund

To request a refund for a technical failure, please contact our support team and include your account email address along with a description or screenshot of the technical error you encountered.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time directly from your FollowCheck account dashboard or via your DodoPayments receipt. Canceling prevents any future charges but does not automatically refund previous charges for services already rendered.
